What we offer

What we do

Derbyshire-Event-Photography will set up, space permitting, a fully equipped portable, digital studio complete with background and studio lighting. We will also set up our digital printing lab which enables us to print lab quality prints on the night for guests to take away almost immediately. All photos are then uploaded within 72 hours to our web site to enable photos to be purchased after the event. If you want us to capture the arrivals or some informal images at the pre-dinner gathering then we're more than happy to do so.

Our Set-up

Derbyshire-Event-Photography only use lab quality portable dye sublimation printers from Mitsubishi. These printers are specially designed for event photography and use the latest dye sublimation printing technology.

Dye sublimation prints are superior to inkjet prints. They are produced in approx 30 seconds and have a UV laminate protective layer to protect them from liquids and fading. This is the same technology that you will find in any high street photo kiosk.

What do we need

For the formal images we will require a space about 5m x 4m to set up our studio and printing facilities. If space is limited, we will do our best to fit in with the space available. If you require us to use a particular backdrop, we will do our best to accommodate this. We will also need access to a standard 240v electrical power supply and a suitable table.
